What sets LMS apart is our end-to-end capability

Capture

Capturing methane is the first step. Our founders pioneered the technology to capture methane produced by landfills more than 40 years ago. Today, we do it at scale.

Convert

Landfill biogas is a challenging fuel – a mix of methane, carbon dioxide and contaminants created as waste breaks down. After capturing biogas, we convert it into renewable electricity or renewable gas for homes and businesses.

Store

Capturing landfill gas before it enters the atmosphere, we address one of the most harmful sources of methane emissions from waste. Storing the renewable energy gives us the ability to deliver reliable power when it’s needed.

Renewable Natural Gas

Renewable natural gas (RNG) is made from the gases released as organic materials break down. By upgrading biogas into a pipeline-quality fuel, RNG can be used in homes, businesses and industry, supporting Australia’s low carbon future.
