Safety is embedded across our operations through structured hazard identification, risk assessment and strong governance, including our Health and Safety Committee that fosters collaboration between senior leaders and employees to address safety matters affecting workers and the broader organisation. We regularly review performance and compliance to ensure we’re always learning, improving and holding ourselves to the highest standards.

We invest in our people through ongoing training and refresher programs, ensuring every team member has the knowledge and confidence to work safely in dynamic environments.

We also recognise that safety goes beyond the physical. Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), all employees have access to confidential support services – reinforcing our commitment to mental health, wellbeing and looking out for one another.
