Each project partner is unique, but they are united by a shared commitment to doing what’s right for communities and the environment

United by purpose

Private partnerships

Who we work with

LMS works with a diverse range of private organisations across waste, agriculture and other hard-to-abate industries to deliver practical, long-term emissions reduction.

Our private partners have a responsibility to manage methane safely and effectively. LMS supports that responsibility by bringing technical expertise and operational capacity to methane abatement projects. We help our partners to meet environmental and emissions commitments over the long term.

Council and public partnerships

Who we work with

We partner with more than 40 local councils across Australia and New Zealand, supporting their emissions reduction goals through long term landfill gas projects.

Councils play a critical role in managing municipal waste and landfill sites, along with setting local emissions reductions targets. We work in partnership with councils to support that responsibility, by bringing our technical expertise to operate and maintain landfill gas projects that safely capture methane – either destroying it or converting it into renewable energy.
