I have built a career around long-term relationships and meaningful impact. I am what some may call ‘waste-obsessed’ and have been known to occasionally deviate family holidays to look at landfills! I'm passionate about partnering with clients to turn ambitious ideas into practical projects that deliver real, measurable emissions reductions across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States—creating progress that lasts for generations.

I love the approach LMS has taken – and continues to take – to challenge the status quo in the waste industry while delivering sustainable energy and environmental outcomes. I’m lucky enough to guide the company through such exciting times and maximise the benefit of our novel approach to complex issues. My spare time is spent being with my family (often driving my three kids to their sporting commitments!) and trying to keep fit.

I’m motivated by turning financial insights into clear, practical decisions that support performance and long-term value at LMS. I enjoy working with and building strong, capable teams, improving systems and working with leaders to navigate complexity as the business grows. It is both exciting and rewarding to be part of an industry tackling climate change. Outside of work, long-distance running helps keep me balanced.

With a background in mechanical engineering, I enjoy solving complex problems – but I’m most motivated by building teams where people can thrive and do their best work. I care deeply about how people, ideas and delivery come together to achieve project success. I’m always looking for better ways to work and to create environments where people can grow. Being part of an industry tackling climate challenges head on gives that work real purpose.

I’m passionate about the real environmental good we deliver at LMS, and I love helping people understand the scale of our impact. The complexity of the waste industry excites me; it keeps me curious and pushes me to keep improving. I’m motivated by a vision of a cleaner future.

I am driven by a positive, shared achievement mindset, building strong team culture and developing people to deliver their best work. Working in an industry with genuine purpose keeps me energised, and I find it rewarding to see incremental improvements that support our mission and growth. Outside of work, I’m a self-proclaimed DIY specialist – no task too big.

Since a young age, I've been engaged with LMS. I know this business truly puts individuals and families first. We certainly work hard and at a fast pace, we challenge one another, but we still have fun along the way. I'm driven by making the employee experience a memorable and enjoyable one. Always planning my next holiday or pretending to be an interior designer - I'm an over-planner, passionate, and loyal.

Having been in the biogas and renewables industry for over 30 years, I am genuinely excited by the growth and continuing evolution of LMS. I enjoy passing on my experience and being part of a team that is looking through a new lens. I believe a balance of sound foundations and fresh ideas will continue to see LMS succeed in renewable energy and carbon abatement. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit and occasionally splashing paint on canvas.

I thrive on taking challenging projects through to completion, and take pride in contributing to meaningful climate and methane abatement outcomes. I’m a committed, people focused leader who seeks to empower teams to deliver results together. Outside of work, I’m a vintage car project tragic, known to have a few too many unfinished builds tucked away in the shed.

A seasoned problem solver in the renewables world, I enjoy turning complex challenges into smooth, well-run projects. I love working at the intersection of development, compliance, and regulation - shaping projects people can trust and systems that stand up to scrutiny. Grateful to sit at the crossroads of so many LMS teams, I’ve become part translator, part troubleshooter, part champion for doing things the right way. A lifelong, detail obsessed, stickler for doing the right thing.

I am driven by a genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals and teams thrive. I believe that when people are set up for success, performance and purpose naturally follow. I’m committed to creating environments where capability, culture and accountability align. As an avid reader, I’m always seeking fresh ideas and perspectives, and I’m equally passionate about contributing to practical, measurable environmental outcomes, creating meaningful change in everyday actions while also supporting impact at a broader, industry wide level.

I spend most of my time looking for better ways to deliver –whether that be safer and more efficient ways to reduce emissions, or stronger results. Supporting my team to do their best work and maintaining excellence across our business and the industry is what matters most to me. When I’m not working, I am outside enjoying nature in all its forms, wakeboarding, mountain biking and playing golf.

As Co‑CEO, I’m proud to lead a talented and diverse team at LMS Energy, with a focus on creating a high-performance environment underpinned by our values of teamwork, integrity and development. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit, peddling Chardonnay for About Time Wines, and spending time with my family, including my three children.

My work focuses on renewable gas and fuels, driven by a belief that RNG can play a practical, scalable role in Australia’s future decarbonised energy mix. What excites me is turning complex ideas into projects that actually get built, while helping shape policy and market settings that allow the industry to grow, mature, and deliver lasting impact.

There’s a reason I’ve been loyal to LMS for so long — the culture, the people, and coming to work knowing we’re making a meaningful impact are just some of the highlights. I’m competitive and I love a challenge, but what matters most to me at work is building long term relationships with our partners based on trust, integrity, and always delivering on what we promise. Outside of work, I’m an avid AFL fan (carn the Crows!) and enjoy watching my son play various sports on the weekend.

I chose my career because I am concerned for the environment we will leave our future generations. As an environmental scientist at LMS, I am fortunate to have found a career that creates real and measurable global environmental benefits. Everything we do, every improvement we make, results in positive impact. While I thrive on the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems, unfortunately this skill this does not seem to have translated to my golf game. But I persist.

I find our natural world awe-inspiring and am dedicated to seeing our communities thrive in more sustainable ways through sound environmental policy. I’m excited my work at LMS helps drive meaningful emissions reductions and that we’re at the forefront of pursuing new biogas opportunities. Reading, writing and discussion shape much of my time professionally and personally – I’m deeply curious and love to learn from and to share with others!

In my role I’m fortunate enough to be a part of LMS’ continued growth, working collaboratively with our Joint Venture partner to deliver success across our shared portfolio. I am motivated by a desire to make a difference, and to contribute to our positive environmental impact. Away from work I enjoy playing soccer, am a cricket tragic, and a family man.

I lead operations with a focus on safe, reliable performance and well run sites, and on building teams that take pride in doing things properly. I’m practical and focused on continuous improvement. Our work creates a better environment, and that’s why I do what I do. Outside work, I value time with my family and getting out on my motorcycle, which helps me reset and clear my mind.

Working with good people in a dynamic environment is what gets me out of bed in the morning. At LMS and Carbon Logica, I get to do exactly that every day—while working on something I genuinely care about. I’m motivated by turning big ideas into real-world change, proving that progress can happen, even if it starts with just one methane molecule at a time.

I build high-performing teams that are forward-looking, with a long-term focus. A key part of my role is helping people grow and fulfil their potential. It’s not just what you do, it’s how you do it, and the foundation for everything is building trusting relationships. I enjoy working at LMS because we’re growing, and our business success goes hand in hand with environmental success. Outside work, I love marathon running and spending time with my daughter (I’m now a Thunderbirds netball convert).

Growing up immersed in methane abatement and bioenergy has meant protecting the environment has always been more than a job, it’s a lifelong commitment. As Co-CEO at LMS, I’m focused on scaling our impact and delivering tangible emissions reductions to help build a better future. Like all parents, I want to leave our children a world they can be proud of.

I am passionate about placing people at the forefront of health and safety, leading with care, trust, and genuine connection. I enjoy partnering with leaders to translate health and safety expectations into meaningful, practical action. Driven by innovation, I continually seek opportunities to optimise systems and enable stronger, real world safety outcomes.

When governments use markets to solve environmental challenges, it creates companies like LMS: innovative, dynamic and focussed on solutions that work. That makes LMS a great place to work: a genuine sustainability company that means business. Like NASA, but greener! When I’m not working, you’ll find me sailing on the Victorian coastline.

I’ve spent much of my career at LMS working alongside operations teams to keep our assets safe, reliable and performing at their best. Coming from a hands-on mechanical background, I enjoy solving practical problems and aim to lead my team steadily and calmly. The best part of being at LMS has always been the people and the way we look out for one another.

I love working in a fast-paced environment with like-minded, ambitious people. I enjoy seeing and being a part of others' development and growth. This industry is unique and challenging, and I am proud to be a part of the positive change it has on our future. If I'm not in a spreadsheet, I'm raising two aspiring Pokémon Masters who want to 'catch 'em all'.

With more than 30 years in Australia’s energy sector, I’m driven by turning complex ideas into practical projects that matter. I’ve led teams across distribution, transmission, generation, retail, construction and operations, delivering major energy and renewable fuels projects in Australia and the US. I see my role as enabling people to do great work.

I lead Construction and Manufacturing teams to deliver infrastructure that’s practical and built to last. I enjoy working collaboratively to bring ambitious ideas to life and see them translated into tangible projects. I bring a positive attitude to my leadership, with a focus on developing people, and fostering a positive safety culture in complex project environments.

LMS has been my passion for the past 40 years. What I love is seeing our people succeed and thrive at work and in their lives. The work we do is important. It matters. Our success and growth are making a difference. It’s a privilege to be part of that.

Andrew Charlier joined LMS’ board in 2023. Andrew is Managing Director and co-Lead of the Secure Assets Strategy for Pacific Equity Partners, which targets growth infrastructure and holds the investment in LMS. Andrew joined PEP in 2007. Prior to joining PEP, he was a Consultant with Bain & Company in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, specialising in utilities. He received a MBA from INSEAD and has a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of New South Wales and the Dean’s Medal.

Evan Hattersley joined LMS’ board in 2023. Evan is Managing Director and co-Lead of the Secure Assets Strategy for Pacific Equity Partners, which targets growth infrastructure and holds the investment in LMS. Evan joined PEP in 2007. Prior to joining PEP, he was a Consultant with Bain & Company in the UK, United States, Singapore and Australia. He received a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland where he was a Valedictorian.

Stuart Glenn is an experienced Non-Executive Director across private Australian, US and ASX-listed companies, with a focus on the energy, infrastructure and mining sectors. He currently serves on the boards of Energy Resources of Australia and LMS Energy, and chairs a diverse range of board committees. Stuart was previously COO and President of global engineering group Parsons Brinckerhoff. He has also held senior executive roles with Brambles divisions including Cleanaway. Stuart is a graduate of Murdoch University, Columbia University’s CSEP and the AICD International Directors Course, and continues to mentor senior executives globally.
