LMS Energy Pty Ltd respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal information you share with us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We will collect, use, manage and store the personal information you share with us when applying for, or in connection with your job application with us and any talent pool you may be placed in for future job opportunities. If you refuse to provide the personal information we need or allow us to process it, we will be unable to process your application.
Any personal information you provide to us will be kept securely, treated confidentially and not be retained for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. Generally, for as long as we have a legitimate business interest or as required by law. When your information is no longer required it is deleted or destroyed securely.
