We work closely with our partners to deliver projects that benefit local communities in real, measurable ways – reducing emissions and landfill odour, improving local environments and creating value from waste.
Creating long-term value for local economies
ECONOMIC IMPACT
Our projects deliver tangible economic benefits, including cost savings for councils that can be passed on to ratepayers, as well as supporting local jobs, investment and manufacturing through our local contractors and suppliers.
Through long-term partnerships, we’re helping build stronger, more sustainable communities wherever we operate.

We believe understanding builds trust
EDUCATION & LEARNING
LMS supports opportunities for communities, schools, universities and industry groups to learn about our methane projects – including site tours, presentations and educational initiatives. Education and learning are an important part of how we work.

Supporting regional communities
REGIONAL PROJECTS
Many of our projects are based in regional Australia, where they create green energy jobs and contribute to regional development and manufacturing. Around 40% of jobs in the landfill gas sector are regionally based.
LMS has been manufacturing its own clean energy equipment in Australia for decades. Our in-house design, engineering and construction teams support projects across the country, bringing specialist skills and capability into regional areas.
The landfill gas industry is a manufacturing industry at heart, supporting roles from apprenticeships and technicians to senior mechanical engineers.
