Wayne Brown has spent his career turning complex ideas into working infrastructure.
As Chief Project Officer, he leads the delivery of LMS Energy’s bioenergy facilities – from early design through to commissioning – bringing together technical expertise, practical problem-solving and a steady approach under pressure.
He’s been part of the journey from the very beginning, helping deliver LMS Energy’s first power station and going on to shape projects across Australia and beyond.
“Every project is different,” Wayne says. “That’s what keeps it interesting.”
Outside of work, Wayne is known for his love of caravaning, and keeping fit and completing in the odd triathlon, although he’s apparently much better at building power stations than riding pushbikes.

“Not many jobs let you see the impact in real time. At LMS, reducing emissions is part of the work we do every day,” he says.
And that impact is visible in every project he helps bring to life.
And after years of growth, he’s now helping the next generation do the same.
