Rhys Thomas has grown up with LMS Energy.
Starting at just 17, Rhys has spent half his life contributing to the success of LMS. He’s worked across multiple teams – from Installations to Operations to Biogas – building a deep understanding of the business along the way.
Today, as Supervisor – Biogas Performance , he plays a key role in monitoring performance, troubleshooting systems and supporting works across more than 60 sites in Australia and New Zealand. As part of his work, he reviews more than 3000 well readings each month!
I enjoy the challenge of fault-finding and seeing the improvements after the work is done.
