For Colette Kenrick, the most meaningful part of her career has always come back to one thing – people.
Starting in a corporate administration role, she built a deep understanding of LMS Energy before moving into People and Culture, where she found what she describes as her true passion: supporting others.
Today, as Manager of the People and Culture team, she works closely with the Operations and Biogas groups, supporting key workforce initiatives and establishing apprenticeship contracts. She is passionate about helping people navigate challenges, grow in their roles, and feel genuinely connected to the business.
