Current career opportunities with LMS Energy

LMS currently employs about 250 staff across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Our people have skills ranging from engineering to trades, site operators, commercial, human resources, and finance. LMS Energy (LMS) does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies. LMS considers any resume (CV) or biography received from an agency without prior approval from a member of our HR team to be unsolicited and gratuitous, and such submissions will not be recognised by LMS for purposes of “ownership” of the candidate. Agencies are requested not to contact any employee at LMS with recruiting enquiries. LMS does not consider candidates received by the company until they are received by the HR team directly from the agency after approval has been given and a fee agreement is in place. LMS Energy Pty Ltd respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal information you share with us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We will collect, use, manage and store the personal information you share with us when applying for, or in connection with your job application with us and any talent pool you may be placed in for future job opportunities. If you refuse to provide the personal information we need or allow us to process it, we will be unable to process your application.

Any personal information you provide to us will be kept securely, treated confidentially and not be retained for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. Generally, for as long as we have a legitimate business interest or as required by law. When your information is no longer required it is deleted or destroyed securely.

We generally collect personal information when it is provided directly from you either online or in person throughout the application and recruitment processes including when you supply information to third parties used within the recruitment process (such as recruitment agencies, referees, or background check providers).

Your personal information will be used to assess your suitability for current or future vacancies.We currently do not use automated assessments or automated decision-making.

Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties (and in some circumstances third parties located in another country) for the purpose of processing and assessing your application.
